The Ridgeway Repeater Group (RRG) is a not for profit organisation operating in the field of Amateur Radio. This privacy policy explains how RRG uses any personal information we collect about you when you become a member. It applies to both the club/group and its website www.rrg.org.uk and to no other website.

What information do we collect about you?

Information will be collected from you on initial contact and supplemented as and when appropriate.

The details we will obtain from you will be:

  • Radio Callsign
  • Address
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email address

In certain cases – but only with your consent – we may ask for other information to be provided.

We will not retain any payment information relating to membership subscriptions. Payments are initiated by you and you only.

How will we use the information about you?

Any information obtained from you will be used exclusively by RRG for its own purposes, and will not be shared for marketing purposes with other companies or outside organisations.

You have the right to request a copy of the information which we hold about you at anytime. We would like to ensure that the personal information that we hold about you is accurate and up to date at all times, so please let us know of any changes when they occur.
